The System Test Analyst is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of the CRM Salesforce business processes and managing the overall test planning and execution efforts for their aligned core tower.
The System Test Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
Reviewing all business and technical requirements
Developing an in-depth knowledge of assigned capability
Defining and authoring test cases
Providing test data information to the State Farm Test Data Team
Executing test cases
Documenting defects/issues in the defect tracking tool
Re-testing defect fixes and close defect tickets as appropriate
Providing feedback to the Sr. Testing Analyst on test process improvements
Developing expertise in the E2E business process flow to properly identify gaps in expected results
Providing base data for the daily test metrics/status report
Working with the offshore (Bangalore) team to transition knowledge and assist with day to day activities
