Required:
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Competencies
Computer hardware, software, applications - Expert
• Able to apply multi-disciplinary infrastructure and enterprise architecture technical solutions across multiple platforms to address complex business needs.
• Broad responsibility/scope of influence over design, build and deployment of complex hardware and software.
• Deep understanding of desktop, network and server-based Operating Systems (OS). Deep and broad understanding of how applications function (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Avaya, etc.) and how they're administered, and specializes in more than one application.
• Able to integrate environments across multiple platforms.
• Deep and broad understanding of how enterprise systems are administered and maintained. Deep understanding of IP networking, Voice and Video services and Telecom fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of other technologies, theory, functionality, etc.

• Infrastructure Performance Analysis – Expert
• Technical Documentation – Expert
• Project Management – Expert
• Make Sound Decisions
People Leadership Develop/Support Organizational Talent
• Ensure Collaboration

Certifications or Licensures Required:
• The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification. FEAF or DoDAF accepted in lieu of TOGAF.
Preferred:
• MCP, CCNP or CCA • MCSE, CCNP,CCEA, CISSP
