Mandatory Skills:
Provide technical expertise and complete technical arch documentation for BPM solutions to be developed within these projects.
• Ability to diagram process design models using BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).
• Ability to incorporate design models into component specifications for a BPM development team.
• Solid development experience with a BPM tooling, presently IBM BPM strategic technology in this space; coding & best practices, etc..
• Technical experience with Java development and open source (LTS Next) tooling.
• Some experience with XML technologies.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Websphere Process Server.
