JOB SUMMARY:
Our mission is to develop hi-tech integrated solutions (web, mobile and desktop) while providing services in the healthcare industry. Our approach emphasizes security and intuitive user experience. We are looking for a .NET Developer with MVC experience to join our software development team. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn existing and new technologies, will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, documenting and support of information systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and development of multiple application types (web, desktop and mobile) with emphasis on security, performance and usability
- Write, test, maintain, troubleshoot, deploy and document programming code
- Design, build and create MS-SQL database objects including tables, stored procedures, views, functions, etc…
- Integrate new technologies and programming trends into existing applications
- Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, clients and management
- Efficiently manage daily tasks and activities to meet deliverables and project goals
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Our infrastructure is based on .NET 3.5, 4.0 frameworks and MS-SQL 2008 based storage, therefore the following are required
- BA/BS in related field (computer science, information systems, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent understanding of the .NET 3.5, 4.0 Frameworks
- Excellent understanding of the ASP.NET MVC 3 Framework
- 5+ years of formal web or desktop application development in .NET (VB.NET/C#)
- 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET
- 2+ year of MVC development
- 2+ year of MVC development
- 5+ years of experience with MS-SQL 2005/2008 (stored procedures, table creation)
- 5+ years of formal experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and browser compatibility issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively, produce ideas, and recommend solutions that can be expressed visually and explained eloquently to project stakeholders
