2. Java/ J2ee design patterns. (SO, DAO, BO, TO, PO, singleton etc.)

3. Frameworks: Struts, Spring, LOG4J, JUNIT, SFX 5, DDUI

4. Web services: WSDL, SOAP, XML. Creating and calling web services

5. XML technologies: JAXB, castor, Xstream

6. Websphere MQ, Filenet

7. Ant and Maven

8. Expertise in SVN repository.

9. Expertise in RSA 8 IDE.

10. Expertise in Websphere Application server 6.1

11. Understanding and modifying Architecture diagrams.

12. Creating low level designs (component specifications)

13. Expertise in playing around with server admin console.(like setting up
app securit.
