Position            :           SAP Security Consultant

Location           :           Bay Area, CA (Need Local Profiles only)
Duration           :           Long Term

Responsibilities :

 

• Assess the security of the SAP implementation, make recommendations for improvement, and implement remediation strategies
• Perform second Level support for SAP security related end user issues and security issues, in general
• Assist solution design teams on technical specific security requirements
• Contribute on a proactive basis to trend analysis and policy development
• Review and approve change management and new customer requests from a security and risk management perspective
• Perform security trend and technology related research as necessary
• Implement vulnerability, detection and protection security systems
• Implement security audit gaps results into the build and implementation project phase
• Experience Total 8+ years in IT, (typically gained from 2-3 years) working with principles, designs and operations of SAP security
• Experience (typically gained from 5+ years) working with Information Security assessment and remediation strategies
