Job Title : Lead Consultant(Oracle EBS)
Location: Matthews(NC), USA
Responsibilities:
Very good knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll R12 and 11i
Understanding on Packages domain
Responsible for managing the entire Payroll Track (Functional & Technical) for a large and
complex Global Business Systems Solution Transformation program
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing payroll solution
Responsible for managing the payroll customers and experience in working with offshore team
and ensuring a daily onsite-offshore interaction
Skills:
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll – R12 and R11i
Very good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Qualification:
M.C.A / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / MBA with excellent, consistent academic credentials
Experience Required ( In Years)
• Senior Level (More than 5 years of Relevant Experience)
Other Requirements/Comments
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to customer location for the work
