The job is located in NYC NY  with one of our direct client. They are looking for Test Lead with performance / Load runner and the following  is a more detailed description of the job.

Role : Test Lead with performance / Load runner
Location : Reading,PA
Duration : Long Term
Multiple Position : #2

 

Job Description:     

·         Define performance criteria, monitors, and establish comparisons between the Production environment and the Performance environment.

·         Establish standards and templates for Performance testing.

·         Review all Performance test plans created by team members.

·         Work with QA Director to identify QA resource requirements and project schedules for Performance testing.

·         10 years of performance testing experience, Proficient in Load Runner

·         Experience leading the performance testing effort on order management systems.

·         Must be able to multitask as multiple large performance testing efforts run in parallel Must have experience creating detailed performance test plans Must be able to effectively communicate test results to stakeholders

·         Must be able to identify performance bottlenecks in a multi tiered system

·         Must have in-depth knowledge of different software development processes Must have advanced knowledge in the Java, Shell scripting.
