Role: Business Analyst with Salesforce exp  
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

·         Development of presentations, ROI, Business Case, User & Functional specifications and other technical documentation including translating client needs into data flows, data mapping, etc.

·         Conduct interviews and product analysis to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases and scenarios.

·         Leading the business process mapping, reengineering and functional design activities.

·         Contribute to the development of integrated project plans and IT strategies, including development of task estimates, identification of technical expertise requirements, etc.

·         Assess and manage project and business related risks throughout all aspects of the implementation.

·         Remediate unanticipated risks to insure customer requirements and deadlines are met.

·         Manage user expectations, requirements, and relationships including renegotiating of customer expectations while balancing with the needs of the business.

·         Experience with Salesforce.com required

Position:2

Role: Business Analyst with Salesforce exp  
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12+ Months

 

• 7+ years as business analyst experience.
• Must have prior project experience as business analyst in SalesForce.com .
• Should have good understanding of Sales cloud & business objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contracts, Opportunities.
• Must have authored functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, conducting JAD sessions, acceptance testing.

 

Primary Job description

• Interacting with multiple stakeholders (business users) in understanding their requirements
• Conducting and leading JAD discussions
• Documenting requirements in use cases and data journal
• Creating functional test cases and validation of application against the test cases
