duration: 6+months
MUST HAVE - ETL informatica developer OR SAP Data Service ETL tool developer + SQL + UNIX
· candidate needs to be able to Architect, Design and do hands-on development/implementation (by SAP Data Service ETL tool). Since Data Service is not very common ETL tool we have extended search for seasoned professional in other popular ETL technologies like Informatica.
· . Hands on development experience in ETL technologies (like Informatica or SAP Data Services)
· Hands on experience in ETL architecture, design, coding and implementation
· Hands on architecture and designing experience is Data Warehouse
· Hands on experience in Data Modeling
· Knowledge on Insurance Domain (P&C or Workers Compensation) - should be able to elicit business requirement into software requirement, architecture & design
· Person should be able to independently analyze business requirement, architect the solution, design, perform ETL development (in SAP Data Service) & implementation
· Experience in Unix scripting
· Person should be able to develop program/project plan, track progress & deliver the program/project. Identify risk/issue/dependencies and provide corresponding mitigation
· Develops code holistically that can be easily maintained/reused/tested by others, by adhering to coding standards and including detailed code documentation
· Works with QA personnel to develop and carry out test plans to ensure that Data Warehouse/Mart and BI solutions are of the highest possible quality.
· Designs logical/physical database models to support present/future Data Warehouse/Mart and BI needs
· Develops database triggers and SQL queries needed inside the ETL
· Develops clear, detailed technical and user documentation that will facilitate support for developed Data Warehouse/Mart and BI solutions
· Experience in working in Agile methodology and scrum calls. should be able to coordinate with offshore team
