Job Description(JD).

• Experienced (5-7 years) with expertise in Java platform with hands on exposure • Skill set looking for someone who has familiarity with the below Java SQLOracle Web Focus Linux Eclipse ToadSQL Developer SplunkNew Relic TroubleshootingMonitoring • Should be flexible to work on support activities, rotational shifts and on-call support if required • Provide L3/L2 support & perform maintenance activities • Should have experience working in ITIL framework and support activities • Liaise with SMEs on business requirements and provide enhancement support • Should have good communication skills and willing to interact with customers & their users • Should be willing to work on Continuous improvement activities and implement value adds to enhance the project deliverables • Experience with P&C Insurance domain would be an additional bonus • Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy would be an added advantage
