Position 1: QA Manager/ Automation Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA
Qualifications:
• Senior technical QA with project management and architect capability to implement QA/QE strategy on large programs. • 10+ years of experience as either an Architect, Senior Software Engineers, Software Developer in Test and Quality Engineer within different SDLC methodologies (Agile, waterfall, iterative, etc.) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience with implementing lean and shift left methodologies and tools to improve quality and reduce time to market • Intermediate to advanced experience in Web Services (SOAP, REST), APIs, automated testing tools (like QTP, Selenium WebDriver API, SoapUI, Cucumber, etc.) and performance testing & monitoring tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Blazemeter, Dynatrace, etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Senior technical QA with project management and architect capabilities to implement QA/QE strategy on large programs. • Create and deliver comprehensive QA strategies for large programs involving several applications • Proven experience in implementing QA strategies on data center set up and failover testing. • Monitor and measure QA/QE strategy against KPIs; identify gaps and opportunities, and adjust the plan for continuous improvement. • Assist as a QE technical advisor on major projects and programs to provide strategic oversight, solutions, and alternatives. • Provide comprehensive quality reports to leadership showing QA/QE improvement trends, risks and mitigation plan. • Responsible for providing technical solutions to the QE Services; Automation, Performance, Virtualization, TDM, and Test Environment. • Lead and mentor QA/QE Engineers on testing strategies, standards, tools, and processes. • Create and enhance the automation framework to reduce testing time and cost by enabling CI\CD models and virtualization. • Collaborate with test data and environment consumers to identify and resolve technical constraint. • Participate in automation strategies and ensure E2E business scenarios traceability against performance KPI and SLAs. • Drive E2E strategy that cut across various applications. • Quickly obtain in-depth knowledge of the test architecture, identify opportunities and provide solutions from quality, speed and performance viewpoint. • Socialize new ideas and designs to convince, motivate, and inspire IT and business stakeholders. • Collaborate with peers, Product Managers, Developers, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage multiple concurrent tasks with high attention to details, prioritize work and maintain timely communication with stakeholders to manage the expectations. • Facilitate brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions and bring participants to consensus while managing differing ideas and opinions.
Position 2: Front End Developer with Adobe Target / Adobe DTM experience
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain website using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Single Page Application framework)
- Build reusable modules/libraries ensuring cross-browser compatibility and UI data validation
- Research industry trends to ensure that our standards and practices are current and poised to guide our team to deliver the best website possible.
- Review application code to identify and prioritize opportunities for code improvement.
- Perform technical feasibility analysis of UI/UX designs
- Architect web framework using appropriate technologies that meet the business need
- Produce responsive web pages from mobile to desktop
- Perform 24/7 on-call support on rotation basis (once every 3-4 months)
- Collaborate with other team members and business owners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5-6 years of front-end development.
- Proficient understanding of web mark up, including HTML5, CSS3
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Familiarity with Ember JS framework (will consider familiarity with other popular frameworks such as Angular JS, Backbone JS or React JS)
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling (promises), partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Good understanding of unidirectional data flow (one-way data-binding)
Position 3: Xamarin Developer
12+ Months
Atlanta GA
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in developing mobile solution
• Proficient in latest development tools/environments Ex.: gitlab, TDD, CI/CD
• Should be highly adaptable, a driver of change, and capable of quickly rallying teams
• Ability to work closely with Enterprise Architecture and API CoE teams to ensure architecture alignment within IT organization
• Experienced in a cross-platform mobile platform (ex: Xamarin) and end-to-end Enterprise mobile development lifecycle with understanding of app distribution, MDM/MAM, mobile security, connectivity
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment. Ability to work well independently and on a closely-knit team, with varying levels of guidance and direction
• Flexibility and organizational skills to multi-task, juggle, and re-prioritize multiple projects and stakeholder needs
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver market-ready products within tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, with minimal direct guidance
• Worked with collaboration tools such as JIRA or VersionOne supporting Agile environment
• Experience in and knowledge of the airline industry is a plus with a strong business knowledge and understanding of airport systems
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Portfolio teams in developing the Mobile roadmap for Operations Technology group
• Establish Mobile framework and develop reusable components to expedite the delivery of Mobile solutions
• Assess the feasibility of mobile solutions and partner with portfolio teams to identify the fit for purpose solution for employees and/or customers
• Ability to adopt frequent upgrades on major Mobile platforms (iOS, Android and Windows Phone)
• Work with Mobile solution architect and Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solution aligns with Delta's Enterprise architecture guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
