Salary:
Industry standards with attractive incentives.   

Experience working with W2 & C2C reqs and sourcing Candidates etc.
Must be willing to work in US time zone
Good knowledge In US tax terms W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for H1B/GC/Citizens/TN consultants.
Candidates should have excellent verbal /written communication & interpersonal skills
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions)
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like cold calling, referrals and internet-based recruiting tools (like Indeed, Dice, etc.)
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills
