job title:  Facets Tester 

location: East Rochester, NY

duration: 6+months

Job Description/Skill Set:

·         Experience in Health Care

·         Facets – MnB and Claims are mandatory, Additional module skills will be preferred

·         Create Test Plan, Test strategy and Risk Plan

·         Develops and manages testing schedule, and reports on testing statuses and results to project teams and leadership       

·         Ensure the quality of one or more applications or technologies within the construct of the application including data, platform, functions and system interfaces.

·         Leads the test efforts to ensure proper operation, defect analysis, and freedom from defects.      

o   Identify and mitigate project/test risks with escalation/delegation of issues to appropriate stakeholders of the project team.

o   Experience with Agile

·         Facilitate requirement ambiguity with business system, user acceptance training

o   Experience with software development lifecycles, having owned: test case development, manual/automation test scripts, test results review.

o   Experience leading minimum of 5-6 resources
