JD:
• 30% support, 70 % dev. Someone who's articulate and can explain things clearly.
• This person will represent the BPM team with our customer in the call center.
• They'll be working with the Siebel engineer, operations, CS team and TNS to improve the tools we build CS and make things more efficient.
• This person have to be a self-motivator and be able to work on their own without someone overlooking their performance.
