My client has an immediate need for IBM Web sphere Message Broker

Job Title     :          IBM Web sphere Message Broker

Location     :          Chicago, IL

Duration    :          6 + Months

Rate            :          $45/hr

EAD-GC OR GC OR US Citizen are highly preferred .....

 

Mandatory Skills:-

Regular communication with IT and Business Management

Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams

Installing, configuring IBM MQ & IBM WMB on AIX & Linux,

Creating broker, execution groups

Providing access to users to connect & deploy on broker

deploying broker flows from GUI & CLI

enabling traces for broker flows

Work with app team to troubleshoot & resolve any issue

Configure, setuo & troubleshoot any IBM MQ cluster related issue

Can write some shell script to automate some tasks

Document the SOPs

Provide training to new resources

Manage the Steady State operations, SLA, project activities etc.

Troubleshooting incidents.

 

Required Skills:

Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework

Experience in Release / Build management activities.

Understanding of JDBC / ODBC connectivity.

Hands on experience in the following technical areas

IBM Websphere Message Broker V 8.0

IBM Integration Bus ( IIB V 9.0 or 10.0)

IBM WebSphere MQ ( V 7.5, 8.0 )

IBM Data Power knowledge will be preferred

Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

Excellent customer handling skills

Good documentation skills
