Role::  Splunk Developer/Designer

 Location : Sunnyvale,CA 

 Job description::

 

Technical exp

·        Working knowledge of Splunk architecture and standard design, including indexers, forwarders, and search heads.

·        Expertise in configuring and administering complex Splunk data inputs, custom inputs, REST, DB connect and HTTP.

·        Knowledge of TCP/IP.

·        Experience integrating Splunk Apps and creating new Apps.

·        Five years of progressively responsible experience in development, with 3 or more years specifically in web development.

·        Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze requirements on multiple projects/applications.

·        Strong capability with Splunk Process Language (SPL)

·        Experience in developing reports, alerts and dashboards with Splunk.

·        Experience in integrating multiple data types (XML, steaming, unstructured, etc.) through ETL, data applications or data integration, preferably with Splunk, for multiple applications
