Role: NetSuite Store/POS BA
Work Location: Chicago, IL
$60/hr on C2C/1099 all inclusive
Job Description:
Point-of-Sale Business Analyst, designs processes, gathers requirements and configures provides Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and services for many businesses glo
bally. Brings knowledge and guidance in delivering on-demand Multi-Channel Commerce solutions for retailers.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Preferably with working experience in Software-based POS and/or RMS vendor installation, systems training and support
• Knowledge of Windows based Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Legacy system for Windows 98)
• Understanding and/or experience with IOS based POS systems a plus
• Familiar with GUI windows-based environments and standard applications
• Technical certifications related to POS software and operating systems a plus
• At least 1 year NetSuite experience (preferred)
• Capable SuiteGuru or SME for any ERP, SuiteCloud, SuiteAnalytics, Web E-Commerce, CRM
• Good grasp of other NetSuite features, aside from their own skillset, is a plus
Experience planning and executing multiple store phased deployments for hardware and software roll-outs
Coordinate, develop and execute training materials and programs for POS deployments
• Possesses strong leadership and outstanding customer service skills
• Self-starter, critical thinker, innovative and team player
• Passion for high performance and continuous improvement
• Willing and able to work on a flexible schedule on weekdays, including extended hours , and holidays as business needs require
