Semiconductor Industry Business Analyst
Redwood City, CA
$50/hr on C2C/1099 all inclusive
Work experience of Semiconductor industry is a must.
- Business Analyst with project experience of Hi-Tech & Semi-conductor industry.
- Writing detailed functional business requirements and documentation of System Requirements Specifications, User Manuals, Use Cases, Test Cases, System design and Process Flow diagrams using Project Life Cycle templates.
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
- Quality Assurance (QA) tools like HP Quality Center, Mantis, JIRA, or SDR bug tracker
- Microsoft Excel including lookups, pivot tables, data trends, and building visuals to represent data
- Relational databases for data storage and analysis including using SQL for data extraction and management
- Enterprise level applications such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Revenue management processes such as incentive and rebate management, pricing, and contracting
Job Duties :
Analyze user requirements to develop, implement, and support company systems and software. Design, implement, or select software tools which fit with a cohesive tool strategy for delivering the company's products. Responsible for functional requirements gathering, demonstrating the software and testing the solution. Conduct business requirements analysis using semiconductor industry best practices. Perform fit/gap analysis and work with solution architect to estimate effort. Document the requirements and identify process improvements. Assist with data mapping and basic application configuration. Design system processes and configurations. Work closely with Solution Architect and other team members on design, data gathering and testing activities. Define system property and resource changes based on client specifications. Create plan for and execute unit tests with assistance from other team members. Plan, facilitate and assist client with user acceptance testing. Provide input to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients. Share suggestions and knowledge with team members to optimize implementation methodology. Deliver quality project tasks and deliverables on time and within budget.
