Appian Developer

 

1.            Design and development in Appian tool

2.            Unit test the developed units.

3.            Work with client directly, without need of supervision

4.            Responsible for giving demos to business stakeholder's

 

·         Provides leadership and guidance for development of architecture design * Works with developers, product managers, business analysts and subject matter experts to define solution, and modules with required features and functionality.

·         Experience in Object Oriented Design, Modeling, and Programming of web based multi-tier applications in Java, J2EE and Relational Databases. * Designed systems using Data Modeling, UML and J2EE based frameworks like MVC Architecture and Hibernate.

·         Experience with XML and related standards and technologies like HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.

·         Experience in SOA, SOAP, REST WSDL, XML, cloud and API standards * Proficiency in developing web applications and server side development using JSP, Servlets, XML, Web Services, JDBC, JNDI, Struts, Hibernate, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MDB, JMS, Oracle, PL/SQL and various Design Patterns.

·         Familiar with SAIL architecture and design methodology

·         Works with the business and systems team to identify the right architecture and technology for implementing new solutions, products and modules.

·         Develops technology blue-prints for solutions, products and services and produces a technical schematic document capturing this work

·         Design, code and document for Proof of Concepts with New Functionality/Technology and validate to eliminate technical risk.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

·         Technical leadership and mentoring skills to guide and act as SME.

·         Experience working in an agile development environment (e.g. Scrum)

·         Track record of successfully working both independently and in a team/collaborative env

·         Required Appian Development experience: 3 years
