Title : Business Analyst- Broker/Dealer
Location : Braintree, MA OR Windsor, CT
Duration : 6+ Month Rolling Contract
4 positions
· Hire off a phone interview
Scope:
Working with business to gather requirements and develop BRD (business requirements docs) for IT/Dev teams, specifically in the Broker/Dealer space.
They need to speak the broker/dealer language and understand what the clients (financial advisors) are supposed to do.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience working as a BA in the broker/dealer space – gathering requirements and creating vision/business requirements documentation
- Understand and work with a CRM system: salesforce.com (VOYA uses), but could be any of them. Seibel, etc.
- Communication – must be clear/concise. A lot of work will be done over the phone.
- Understand technical implementations of applications, so they can effectively write the documentation
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with compensation systems
- Docupace experience – image scanning system
