"Unix/Oracle Consultant" to join our team in "Atlanta, Ga". However, a short duration travel till mid July will be required to Montvale, NJ
30 Months contract
The consultant should have the technical following technical expertise:
Must have at least 6-8 years of Unix/Oracle admin experience
Architecture design
Multiple client experience with large scale complex (global) systems
Experience installing and upgrading OS/DB's
Applying SAP patches and should have understanding of SAP Basis architecture (i.e. must have experience SAP ERP instances which were installed on Unix/Oracle)
Troubleshooting and performance management/monitoring
OS/DB migration
Disaster recovery of systems (setting up high availability, like active passive database and/or HADR. Designing & implementing Disaster Recovery for Oracle database for SAP)
Excellent communication skills
Able to create presentation for senior management
