Role: Senior Applications Consultant - SAP HCM SuccessFactors
Work Location: El Segundo, CA
Rates: Up to $80 /hr | Local Candidate or All Inclusive
2-3 months
**ONLY US CITIZENS OR GRENN CARDHOLDERS**
Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
• Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
SAP HCM SuccessFactors:
US Citizen or Green Card Holder REQUIRED
Assess and recommend proper course of action regarding the functional and technical integration between SAP core HR module and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Specifically, the assessment will provide a recommendation whether the Client should migrate the HCM function from core SAP HR to SuccessFactors Employee Centr
al given that Employee Benefits Administration, Time Management and Payroll will remain on the core SAP environment.
Need a resource with solid SAP SuccessFactors functional knowledge as well as a good understanding of the older SAP HCM solution.
