Development of apps and support for iPad, iPhone OR iPod

• To provide basic to moderately complex support to Appleproducts and application software
• Troubleshoot simple to complex technical issues
• Analyze information then drive it to resolution
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners

• Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
• Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative
• A knowledge of hardware principles

• To provide feedback to the Team Manager new emerging issues that have been discovered
