ERP, worked on an HR project

Must haves 2-3 year BA in agile environment w/technical reporting and compliance standards

 

Meet with project customers and stakeholders to collect business details and translate them into current state process models, future state process models, requirements documents, and maintaining requirements in a system.

Experience in looking at and documenting existing and future state processes and business requirements, HR and Payroll systems, fit gap analysis, Agile/Lean methodologies, and cost benefit and risk analysis for project scope.
