Messaging Exchage & Lotus Notes Location is Manhattan(North and South Bldg), NY SN Required Information Details 1 Role L2 Desktop Engineering and Offshore Technical Support 2 Required Technical Skill Set Managing and Support Microsoft Exchange environment, IMAC activities, Windows XP/Windows 7 Troubleshooting, Application Troubleshooting, Hardware Support 3 No of Requirements 2 4 Desired Experience Range 5 – 7 Yrs 5 Location of Requirement Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7). Basic application troubleshooting knowledge. A+ Certification, MCSE, MCITP certifications desired Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN) Good Hands on in creating, testing, certifying and maintain end-user device images (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile). Hands on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange and collaboration environment 2010 or newer Hands on Experience in Architecture design, Implementation and Migration of Microsoft Exchange environment Hands on experience in managing and supporting Lotus Notes environment Hands on Experience in Architecture design, Implementation and Migration of Lotus Notes environment Administration and Troubleshooting Excellent communication skills. Good Customer/Vendor handling skills. Secondary Skills Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework). ITIL Certification.
