Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Primary Skills	Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7). Basic application troubleshooting knowledge. A+ Certification, Citrix , MCSE, MCITP certifications desired Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN) Good Hands on in creating, testing, certifying and maintain end-user device images (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile). Hands on experience in managing and supporting Citrix desktop and application virtualization environment Hands on Experience in Architecture design, Implementation and Migration of Citrix desktop virtualization solution Hands on Experience in managing and supporting Mobileiron or any leading MDM environment Administration and Troubleshooting Excellent communication skills. Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.
Secondary Skills	Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework). ITIL Certification. Managing and Supporting and leading Mobile Device Management environment such as Mobileiron, Airwatch , Boxtone etc.
