. 6+ years development experience in Microsoft .Net language; C#
. Strong skills in developing clean GUI interfaces
. Understanding of VB, C#, .NET and SQL Server
. Understanding of SIP based telephony, PBX, VoIP, soft phone, HMP,
Radvision
. WPF, WinForms, Silverlight, Infragistics development experience
. Expression Blend experience designing applications
. Understanding of Microsoft PRISM or CAL best practices
. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
. Web development experience
. TFS Knowledge
. Enterprise Application Development experience is desired
. Bachelor's Degree or greater in Computer Science or a related
field OR equivalent experience
. Ability to design UI applications
. Ability to design backend server applications
. Ability to independently make accurate and timely decisions
Good to have skills
Good communication skills and stakeholder discussions
