Job Description :

 

Role : Automation Tester

Location : Tampa,FL

Duration : 12+Months

GC and Citizen and GC-EAD

This is a very strong automation tester / senior type.

 

Client wants someone that can be given a task and take it from start to finish with little to no support and make the need recommendation as needed for all improvements

 

·         Minimal 8 years automation experience in complex environments

·         Excellent communication skills Required

 

Responsibilities & Qualities of a Lead Automation Test Engineer are: 

 

The Senior Test Automation Engineer will lead the effort to build new test frameworks and or extend existing frameworks. The tool/s accommodates both functional and load testing. These frameworks allow us to perform end-to-end testing in multi-component environments. 

 

Primary tools: (1) QPT,  (2) Selenium, (3) other scripting tools

 

Keys:

• Good Logic for programming
• Analytical skills
• Pessimistic in Nature
• Understands how to get things done from nothing
• Strong communicator and documentation

Should be able to 

1. Create and proper code guiding standards

2. Create standard formats for defining functions, exception handler etc

3. Comments for functions

4. Proper error handling mechanisms 

5. The appropriate synchronization techniques

6. State what tools are needed to support testing during software development life cycle and implementing them as needed .
