Role: Business Analyst 2 - Marketing and Comms Analyst
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Rates: $400/ Day on 1099/C2C All Inclusive
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marcoms Analyst is primarily responsible for improving technology adoption across Sales by creating and delivering end-user documentation, training and gene
ral user experience consulting for all products, services and features. They will work directly with the client team consisting of a Marcoms lead, project manag
ers, engineers and product specialists to deliver high-quality content to users in an Agile environment. They will also regularly engage with stakeholders and e
xecutives throughout the organization to provide relevant Marcoms solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create instructional end-user documentation for new product, feature and service releases via PDF, website pages, interactive wizards, etc.
• Manage overall training roadmap, develop curriculum and conduct live trainings, product demonstrations, etc.
• Script, film, edit and publish instructional “videos-on-demand†using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Manage feedback program including creating surveys, running focus groups, etc. and analyze data for various stakeholders
• Act as a content manager across all digital platforms including client website, custom applications, social media, etc.
• Regularly engage with stakeholders and executives from different parts of the organization to understand needs and deliver Marcoms solutions accordingly
• Act as an SME on end-user behavior and needs to consult for the user experience for custom, in-house applications
• Create digital and visual assets including logos, icons, digital signage, etc.
• Assist Marketing and Communciations Lead with any program-wide marketing and branding campaigns
