Requisition Details:

QA Test Lead with P&C Commercial Lines Insurance knowledge

Overview:

QA Test Lead opportunity with leading Insurance company

Job responsibilities:

•              Interact with clients to understand the business requirement of project/ enhancements and identify gaps . Interact with different stakeholders.

•              Crafting of Test Plan and Test Strategy document

•              Test case creation

•              Coordinate with clients for change requests and implement in testing

•              Perform Test Estimation

•              Perform different types of testing such as Functional, Integration, Regression and System testing

•              Lead and coordinate offshore team

•              Interact with different stakeholders to identify

•              Experience in SQL

•              Strong analytical skills

 

Requirement Must:

•              Should have strong working knowledge of US P&C Insurance domain in commercial Lines Experience of working on a Policy Admin system for Commercial Lines.

•              Should have extensive experience in Test planning and Testing life cycle

•              Should have 7-10 years of experience in P&C Commercial Lines Insurance

•              Should have strong communication skills

•              Should be self-driven person possess strong interaction skills with Business users of customer.

Nice to have:

•              Insurance domain Certification

•              ISTQB/CSTE Certification

Personal Attributes

•              Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment

•              Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership skills

•              Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills

•              Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.

•              Should have Handled teams in multiple location
