Role: SAP Basis admin
Work Location: Marlborough MA, Phoenix AZ or Atlanta GA (either).
(3-6 month contract. Individual can work in either of our data centers in Phoenix AZ or Marlborough MA or at our client site in Atlanta GA).
Must Have" Skills/Experience:
• 7 + years' experience SAP Basis administration.
• Must have strong upgrade experience on ECC, SCM,SRM etc.
• Experience with at least 3 full SAP implementations, as well as experience in TMS , client strategy and maintenance, system performance tuning and monitoring,
application of Hot Packs and OSS Notes, installations of new hardware and SAP software, upgrades and backup recovery procedures experience is a must for this role.

Must have strong, hands-on administration experience with: BASIS, NETWEAVER, as well as good experience with the following:
• Landscape design
• Upgrades
• Migrations
• Unicode conversions
• Backup recovery procedures.
• BW/BI/BOBJ:
• HANA
• ECC 6/7
• Solution Manager
• XI/PI
• Java Stacks
• Portals
• DBA level Database experience: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase
• OS Admin
Specific responsibilities will include: Upgrade, Landscape Design, System Implementations, System Migrations, System Upgrades, System Copy / DB Refresh, impleme
ntation and maintenance of Support Packs / Stacks, maintenance of CTS / TMS, Database Administration/tuning, implementation and maintenance of SAP Security, Cli
ent Administration, Performance Analysis, implementation and maintenance of CCMS, Operating System Administration and tuning, Implementation of Java / J2EE stac
ks, Backup / Restore, Archiving, Set up and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience deploying and supporting Windows Server products
• Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience with VMware Vsphere ESXi 4.x and/or 5.x. Experience with Vcenter 4.x and/or 5.x and troubleshooting performance based virtual issues.
• Deep understanding of VMware networking, HA, DRS, Storage DRS and vMware best practices.
• Experience with multiple Operating Systems (Microsoft, Unix. Linux)
• Experience with VMware View, vCenter Operations Manager, vCloud Director a plus.
• Experience with EMC, IBM and HP data storage systems a plus.
• Experience working with off-shore resources a plus.
• Expertise is required in Enterprise Level infrastructure, operations, local and wide area networks, server technologies, client/server, thin client, virus protection, email, backup/disaster recovery, security management, services procurement and provisioning network monitoring tools and advanced storage technologies.
• Effective verbal and written communication is required with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
• Must have good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills with excellent understanding of current IT trends and their impact on business strategies.
