Role: Programmer / Developer Lead - Web Application Front-End Developer
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Rates: $450/ Daily All Inclusive
JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking to hire a skilled Web Application Front-End Developer for our San Jose, CA office with deep technical expertise and a strong focus on user experience. C
andidate will work to design, develop, and implement graph visualization capabilities for our systems as well as improve the overall experience of our data management tools.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-end development of graph visualization capabilities for our Hierarchy Management Platform
• Partner with core stakeholders to improve the UX/UI of our data management tools
• Collaborate with developers to propose new designs (within technical constraints) that provide a positive user experience
• Rapidly prototype data visualization solutions with business users for iterative solutioning
Qualifications:
• You have:
o Genuine passion for front-end development
o Excellent presentation and written skills
o Comfort with loosely defined requirements
o High attention to detail
o Relevant and demonstrated work experience
• With regards to technology, you possess:
o Deep and fluent knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, jQuery
o Experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, Node.js, D3.js
• Optional:
o Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3 is a plus
o Familiarity with Graph Databases like Neo4J is a plus
o Familiarity with RESTful Web Service Development is a plus
o Familiarity with JAVA, Hadoop, and/or Composite technologies are a plus
