Position: QA Manaer/Automation Test Lead
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Contract: 2 Years contract
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead QA Activities for all initiatives across multiple development efforts
Champion the development of a comprehensive functional, automation, and performance test strategy
Be hands-on with experience developing automated test code; white box testing using Java strongly preferred
Produce quality reports which highlight the quality of the current release and provide predictability for production readiness
Work with the project manager to identify and plan testing activities, and to provide estimates
Be an advocate for Quality Assurance best practices across the entire SDLC, not just within the Testing / QA phase
The QA Manager/Test Lead is responsible for developing the QA strategy, managing all QA activities, and for ensuring delivery with the highest levels of quality.
The role requires not only tactical delivery of QA artifacts using an Agile methodology, but also strong leadership to advocate and implement quality assurance processes across multiple technology areas in display
advertising.
The QA test lead will pro-actively and collaboratively take part in all testing related activities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the Project Management, Development, and Product teams to drive
overall Quality Assurance from inception to production.
