Job Title : LMS Consultant

Location : Lexington – Massachusetts

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are:

• Must have 6-10 years in experience in supporting learning management solutions, in particular SABA and Master Control

• Analysis of issues and tickets, major enhancements.

• Understand business requirements quickly and translate into effective and concise solutions.

• Working knowledge or experience in customization of the Saba LMS. Alternately worked in SABA / any standard LMS implementation.

• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skills required

• Knowledge on IT Service Management(ITSM) is desirable - incident and problem management

• Good knowledge and experience in Java/ Java Script

• Experience with RDBMS and programming like Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Databases.

• Experience with Application Server and Web server technology like Jboss, IIS, Tomcat/Apache

As a LMS Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in LMS technologies, preferably in Pharma domain or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity.

Minimum work experience:8 - 10 Years
