Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desire
d business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan,
budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other dom
ains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
Required Skills and Experience:
You are responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to
your project. You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and
report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.
• Certification: Should have apprentice level and seeking EM Level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Change Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.
• Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
Role Description
• Engineering mindset with passion for emerging technologies and innovation
• Experience in delivering native iOS apps with production/app-store quality
• Theoretical understanding of trending technologies such as Natural Language Processing, iBeacon/BLE, Image processing libraries, augmented Reality, semantic search, machine learning.
• Software delivery experience in agile environment. Hands on expertise on related tools such as Version One, JIRA etc.
• Familiarity with continuous integration process and tools (GIT, Jenkins, Crucible etc)
• Should have managed day-to-day delivery of projects/modules as a Tech Lead in the past. Responsible for Sprint planning, work break down, resource allocation, delivery cadence and team mentoring
• Should understand design level details of the work
• Working experience with onsite-offshore-nearshore model
• Understanding of typical enterprise technology stack. (APIs, app servers, domain models, network components, ReST architecture, database, linux)
• Good analytical and time management skills
• Collaborative and assertive style of working in a startup like environment
• Ability to find work-arounds and tactical solutions to circumvent roadblocks
• Self motivated and passionate about implementing new ideas
• 6-10 years IT experience
