Job Title: Java Software Engineer
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description:
· Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements web applications. Supports and installs web applications and infrastructure.
· Proficient in Model – View – Controller architecture, object-oriented design, Database Queries, and the Spring framework.
· Experience writing complex queries and extract data from Oracle and MS SQL databases is required. Knowledge of reporting tools (Jasper, BIRT, etc) and methodologies is strongly desired. Knowledge of SAS is beneficial.
· Strong experience with Design pattern usage (MVC, front controller)
· Experience with Spring, JPA and MVC, SVN Version Control
· Experience developing web services, windows services, and public facing web applications
· AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery and JQuery UI
· HTML / XML / XSLT / JSP / CSS
· JavaScript
· Java Spring Framework
· Web Services
· Apache and Tomcat
