1. Must be familiar with Peoplesoft HRMS version 9.0, 
2. Proficient in Peoplesoft Query Language (WINSQL or TOAD),  
3. Peoplesoft Open integration technology tools: App Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker.  
4. Understanding and reading of SQR program;  
5. Knowledge of and proven aptitude 
6. Familiar with HP Quality Center/ALM Tool.
