2. Understands the concepts of Cloud Computing
3. Experience designing strategies for setting and running Cloud Computing platforms
4. Experience defining charge back models for Cloud assets consumption
5. Experience setting up Cloud Service Management
6. Excellent Communication Skills
7. Excellent Facilitation Skills
8. Good Executive Presence
