Minimum Requirements:
Skills/Experience
7 – 8 years
Experience in developing Web application and data exchange services using ASP.Net, C#, Oracle, WCF/Web Services, SOA, Java Script, Jscript
Experience with UI design using Visual Studio 2010/2008
Experience with .Net development using enterprise level architecture
Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (TFS)
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels
Knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies
Experience working with Government agencies
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management
Ability to manage work time efficiently to complete multiple
