Role: SAP PP Funcitonal Consultant

Duration: Long term

Location: Tampa, FL

Process Manufacturing Knowledge as well as Discrete Manufacturing in terms of planning 

implementations. Nypro is currently using process orders which are more geared toward the healthcare 

business. The packaging business may be able to run on a more discrete model based on what our team 

has seen. The main driver toward Process Orders was the Nypro vision of one set of processes for all 

sites to follow. We may be able to move away from this. 

Key Skills: Production Planning Implementation knowledge of Process Orders and 

related Master data / Recipe set up (Multiple complex)

• Production Planning Implementation knowledge of Production Orders and related Master data set up

• Thorough understanding of ATP and Capacity planning in terms of Production Orders and through put for Process Orders

• Knowledge of PP / Plant Maintenance Interface and Preventative Maintenance Scheduling

• Thorough understanding of the PI piece of process orders

• Strong MRP skills 

• Interface to Rapid Response and how we can use the tool with Process 

• Orders or Production Orders

• BW understanding since our Data Feeds are Driven off of that tool
