Client is looking for senior profiles whom positively are Oracle Certified.
Job Description:
€ Good in database manual Cloning.
€ Good in applying RDBMS, Patches and Patchsets
€ Knowledge of creating and managing partitions
€ Adding and deleting a node in RAC
€ Clone and manage multiple RAC instances to Non-RAC instances and vice-versa Senior Software Engineer
€ Expertise in oracle 8i/9i/10g/11g, RAC 10g (ASM and OCFS2) installation, administration, production support, configuration, upgrades, patches, space management, database security, performance
tuning, troubleshooting database design, UNIX shell scripting and documentation.
€ Experience in RAC environment and 10g/11g DB upgrades
€ Thorough knowledge of oracle database architecture
€ Managing Oracle Data files on ASM.
€ Upgraded Oracle 9i to 10g and 10g 11g
€ Networking ,Database link ,flashback, Materialized view
€ Backups Logical (expdp & impdp) and physical (cold & hot).
€ Proficient knowledge in RMAN backup (Full, incremental and cumulative) and recovery, Incomplete recovery and disaster recovery.
€ RMAN cloning/duplicate database from Prod to QA
€ Should have a very good knowledge of Export/import at different levels using DATAPUMP
€ Export and import statistics of a schema, tables, database.
€ Having knowledge of reorganization of tables and database.
