Client is seeking a Windchill Developer to work at Minneapolis, MN.
The resource should have hands on experience in Windchill Development, customization and API's.

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & enhancement of existing Windchill customization.
• Coordinate with functional team to analyze and understand requirements & design required solutions for Windchill application
• Integration of Windchill PLM with Enterprise systems (ERP) and development of any customizations around the integration.
• Configure and define solutions to optimize performance in a clustered environment
• Assist in data migration activities as part of Windchill upgrade
• Coordinate with the database administrators and PLM developers to ensure solutions have acceptable response time for users across the enterprise
• Support upgrades, releases and patches for PLM application (Windchill)
• Co-ordinate with DBA's to refresh/clone production instance to non-production instances.
• Develop and manage automated scripts to increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support to the Windchill Support as required
 
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years Windchill Developer - experience
Windchill  Customization and  Support –  min 2 years of experience 
                            
• Minimum 3- yrs of hands-on experience with PLM software (Windchill version 8.0 and above)
•Minimum  3- yrs of technical  experience  in Windchill APIs, Windchill Customization Methodologies
• BS Engineering (ME, EE, IE) or Information Technology with software programming skills
• Need Minimum years exp in J2EE, development of JSPs and Java
• Experience with operating systems (e.g. Solaris, Linux, AIX) and ability to maintain them
• PLM Integration with enterprise systems (ERP).
• Experience with web server technology (e.g. Apache, Tomcat)
• Experience with database technology (e.g. PL*SQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Windchill software installation
• Experience with of back-up processes and procedures
• Strong shell scripting experience with scripting in UNIX environment.
• Knowledge with Source control systems and concepts
• Strong communication and project lead skills
• Ability to provide technical support
• Good listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge with Local-Area Networks (LAN) and Wide-Area Networks (WAN)
