Our direct client is looking for a VB.Net Developer - Northern NJ
- Experience in developing solutions interfacing with MS Access, MS Excel, and XML inputs or outputs.
- Requires strong testing skills with VBscript syntax and QTP & LoadRunner
Position: VB .Net Developer
Location: Northern, NJ
Duration: 12 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
Requires an expert in Visual Studio with extensive experience developing and supporting VB.net applications
Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining VB.net front end software on SQL platform. Must have experience working with QTP in creating data driven automated scripts.
Experience in developing solutions interfacing with MS Access, MS Excel, and XML inputs or outputs. Candidate will be assigned high level requirements and will be responsible for developing designs, coding software, and performing testing
- Requires experise in writing and executing SQL queries
- Proficiency with VBscript syntax and semantics and creating QTP data driven automated scripts
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and developing detailed designs
- Strong QA processes, test data management and software development life cycle.
- Experience in the creation of test plans, detailed test cases, test scripts, and performance test planning and execution.
- Experience with QTP & LoadRunner
