Role: SAP MM Techno-Functional
Location - Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 6 months+
Job Description:
Details of duties to be performed by the Contractor
- Conduct a study of the current SAP-MM set of application and customer specific business rules and practices, user requirements and preparing specifications in the area of integrated order management.
- Report any functional gaps in existing applications and suggest business process improvements.
- Evaluate products for Enterprise application integration(EAI)
- Test plan preparation, Review of test plans, unit & integration testing.
- Work with the on-site technical lead and off-shore team for functional enhancements & application interface development and delivery
- Carry out Support and Operational Maintenance activities as and when needed to keep the System up and running.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in SAP–MM and WM applications and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.
- Translate other customer requirements into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including Functional, Technical Specification and testing plan that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
- In general, the consultant will be responsible for writing technical specifications, coding, debugging and testing, analyze the adequacy and applicability of the output. If necessary, he/she will provide modifications to ultimately ensure functionality and sustainability of the product.
