This is a Priority Requirement, 

 

Job Title: SQL Server DBA

Job ID: 2013-87883

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Naperville, IL / Remote work

Pay Rate for remote Work : $40/hr on C2C

Pay Rate for onsite work $45/hr on C2C.

5+ years of experience in SQL Database Administration.  

 

Job Description:

Resource will provide Business Applications Maintenance & Support and work as extension of the Client's IT team in resolving incidents and maintenance requests

Resource will collaborate with any Client partners/ suppliers in order to provide service coverage to Client In doing so, Contractor will work with any SLAs that Client has with these partners/ suppliers. Client will facilitate such interaction and will be the point of escalation in the governance of this handshake

 

Qualifications:

Knowledge acquisition on-the-job where gaps exist
- Ticket resolution with periodic reviews with the incumbent support team
- Creation/ updates to documentation as necessary
- Reporting of SLA compliance and  monitoring
- Successful ticket resolution
- Maintenance of SQL jobs and back up
- Resolve database issues
