Job Title: C++ Developer with Perl,J2EE and PHP Exp.
Location: San Bruno, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

·         Application Integration

·         Batch Processing-Candidate skills include:  
Design of batch scripts and jobs  Analysis of batch scripts and jobs  Monitoring and Trouble shooting

·         Unix Application Programming
- Networking Protocols, Advanced signal handling( concept of signal masks, signal sets, POSIX signal handling, race conditions etc ), Timers, resource limits, Unix debugging and tracing features Advanced unix user space commands (archival/restore, SCM, cron etc ) Concept of threads, multithreading, advanced/o, file and record locking Advanced system design, Knowledge of unix variants, porting considerations etc Performance tuning and optimization

·         C++
- Should be working in a C++ Project. Should be aware of the following concepts in C++

1) Pointers, references, arrays, temporaries, lvalue, rvalue
2)Polymorphism, static/dynamic binding, pure virtual functions &  abstract class
3) Operator overloading, function overloading, default arguments, friend functions
4) C++I/O, C++ File I/O, Stream manipulators
5) Able to convert a problem statement into pseudo code / algorithm and implement the same in C++.

·         Perl Programming
- Database Programming (DBI/DBD modules etc)
- Installing and Using Perl Modules
- C &  Perl Interworking
- Parsing Techniques
- Multitasking with Perl( fork, exec etc)
·         J2EE
-Should be able to design, develop, debug programs independently and mentor others. Good understanding of Java EE 5 platform, Annotations, JPA, Dependency injection, EJB 3.0, Web services, JSF 1.2, JSP2.1, Servlet 2.5, JSTL 1.2 and the simpler packaging rules. Aware of JMX, JTA. Usage of right Design Patterns, proper user, session managements, should also be conversant with developing application with various presentation and persistence models, Performance optimizations, Caching. Should be able to design using J2EE technologies.
·         PHP
-Good knowledge of connection handling/ File uploads. Should have in-depth knowledge of Postgre SQL/MySQL database along with installation and configuration experience. Should be able to create table/functions rigger/sequence. Should be able to handle PHP web page performance issue/cookies/session and Apache server or IIS server configuration issue.
