 Essential Functions:

As a technical recruiter for US requirements you are responsible for placing our bench guys to your direct client requirements and should ensure us with at least 2-4 closers per month depending on the market flow . This entails the following:

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Head, the Recruiter (US) is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of contingent employees. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to business success. To achieve this, the incumbent must provide "World Class Service" to contract employees and clients by earning their respect, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency. You will work in night shift (central Time Zone).

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree

•2-3 years professional experience in US Sales technical recruiting of telecom industry

•PC literate in Windows environment including, MS Word, MS Excel and Internet

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Strong problem solving abilities.
