SAP Project Manager ü Establishing project plan and management structure and implementing a project reporting and Escalation mechanism. Status reporting to PMO, Steering and Operation committee. ü Managing Quality Deliverables during Blue Print, Realization, and Support within Budget. ü Dealing with the Business dynamics within organization and outside consortium of vendors. ü Manage attrition and plan for people development with the help of learning-development. ü Pyramid flattening, optimize costs, leverage offshore by transforming onsite roles to offshore. ü Work closely with Onsite & Pre-sales team on RFPs & new solutions to meet SBU goals. ü Ability to automate Project and make it "Process dependent" rather than "People dependent". ü Managed new solution/tool for external/internal customer to reduce management time & cost.
