Requirements
- Overall experience of 7+ years with minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP IS Retail. Good working knowledge of SAP ECC, PI & POSDM modules.
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP IS Retail components – Master Data, Assortment Management, Retail Pricing, Promotions & Bonus Buys, Purchasing, Merchandise Logistics, SAP Retail Store, POS Interface.
- Excellent ability to translate business solutions into functional logic and to test scripts
- Experience in test planning, translation of requirements into test cases, creation of simple, complex, regression scenarios, execution of test scenarios, management and reporting of defects and of test results
- Strong understanding of release and change management process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent work standards, highly motivated, team player, action oriented with continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor teams and internal customers
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience

You might look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news headlines to grab people to click. You might add a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited about everything've written.
